Warranty
Warranty
Lighthouse Electric Bikes offers a 2-year limited warranty on Electric Bikes or 1,000 hours of use, whichever comes first, for the frame, front fork and electrical components, including the display screen. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. To benefit from this warranty, keep your original purchase receipt, as it is required for all claims.
We offer 1.5 year warranty on Lighthouse Electric Bike Batteries.
In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace the affected parts at our discretion. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Our warranty is applicable to bikes purchased within Australia and complements any rights you may have under local laws. If any part of this warranty is inconsistent with state or local regulations, that part will be modified to comply, while the remainder remains effective.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
- Damage from improper assembly or maintenance
- Impact from foreign objects
- Damage from incompatible or improperly installed accessories
- Corrosion
- Modifications to the original bike condition
- Tires, wheel bearings, brake components, seats, items subject to wear, and fluids.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the bike's original purchase price. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limits on incidental damages, so these restrictions may not apply to all customers.
