RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy: Lighthouse Electric accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Electric Bikes must show fewer than 5km on the odometer.
• Returned items must be in pristine condition, free from marks, dirt, or damage.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials.
• All accessories and components must be included.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once returns are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return: The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-built bikes
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Bikes that were gifted
• Used or demo models

All returns must be pre-approved by Lighthouse Electric. Returns made without prior authorisation will not qualify for a refund, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
